My name is Susanna Rueegger Koechli, and I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher for over 10 years. I've been diving deeper into holistic healing, meditation and mindfulness after I had my children nearly 20 years ago.

Recently I have immersed myself more with mindfulness and I am passionate about supporting my clients to become more present and fulfilled. Mindfulness is a powerful practice and I have seen many lives changed by opening the heart to a mindful living.

 

I like sharing my knowledge in an informal and fun way and teach mostly in small groups to enable a cozy atmosphere.

FAQ

How long does a Reiki Course take to complete?

My Reiki courses are tailored towards small groups, therefore it can be three morning sessions over the period of three weeks, or 1 1/2 days - 2 days. We usually meet again three to four weeks after the course to practice again and answer any questions that have popped up in the mean time.

What is the format of the Reiki Courses?

We meet in small groups at my home and in an informal way go through the information in the Reiki Manual. Furthermore, we do meditations on Reiki and practice on each other.

Is there homework? What will that look like?

In order to fully activate the Reiki Energy in you, you are required to do the Reiki hand-placements daily over the time of 21 days. This typically takes 15-45 minutes each day.

I have done Reiki before and would like to get back into it. What can I do?

Once you are attuned to Reiki, it remains with you for life. To re-activate it, simply do the hand-placements again for 21 days.

The course is currently offered at the introductory price of 388SGD (instead of 488). This includes all course material, course dates, snacks, certificate, daily support and meditations.
